Application for (re)registration
with the Order of Pharmacists

In order to practise pharmacy lawfully in Belgium, every pharmacist must hold a degree in pharmacy, have been granted a visa from the SPF Santé Publique [Public Health Service] and be registered in the official register of the Belgian Order of Pharmacists.
